Mr. Color Ultra Metallic series uses particles made of metal powder sandwiched with a special resin coating. Therefore, it is possible to obtain more shine than normal metallic. It is also more transparent than regular metallics, so you can use it for effects on transparent parts, or change the appearance of metallics by changing the color of the base.
